My name is Papi I am a 3 year old Chihuahua rescue. My mommy would like to have me fixed because we recently rescued my sister Sophie who is 8 mos.old and is showing signs of maturity so mommy is scared of us reproducing. Unfortunately my mommy is not working so she is not capable to pay for both of us to be fixed. Will you please help us? Ps. I heard having me neutered might also give me extra years with my wonderful family i would love that!!!!!
